2. What we collect
Via lead forms: name, phone / Telegram, optional email, comment, selected product / lead source, plus auth session technical data. With analytics consent — anonymized or pseudonymized visit stats (e.g. Yandex Metrika).
3. Purposes
Handling requests and contacting clients; online coaching; cabinet admin; site improvement (with analytics consent); contractual and legal duties.
4. Cookies
Necessary cookies keep the site and login working. Analytics and marketing cookies / scripts load only after consent in the banner (“Accept all” or toggles in Settings). Refusal does not block browsing core pages.
5. Sharing & storage
Lead data may be shared with coaches / admins via Telegram and stored in the project database on hosting infrastructure (incl. Vercel / cloud DB). SSL is provided by the host. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Retention & rights
Data is kept as long as needed for the request and lawful purposes, or until consent is withdrawn / deletion is requested (unless law requires otherwise). You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction via the operator contact.
7. Operator obligations
The operator handles organizational measures: RKN notification if required, hosting choices for personal data, appointing a data officer. Those are process steps — this site does not replace registration or server localization.
8. Changes
The current policy is published on this page. Continued use after updates means you should review the new version.
